Church Street Depot is a culinary hot spot located in the charming mountain town of Waynesville, North Carolina. Our mouthwatering hand-patted burgers feature three beef options: 100% Angus, a custom blend with brisket and chuck, as well as locally-sourced beef. We use North Carolina's Mooresville ice cream (made with real sugar, not high-fructose corn syrup) for our milkshakes and floats. Fries are hand-cut daily and cooked to order.
Our menu also features an all-beef 100% Angus hot dog, hand-patted turkey burger, sandwiches, housemade chili and coleslaw, bottled cane sugar sodas, freshly brewed tea, wine, and beer. We’re a quick-service restaurant where you order at the counter, seat yourself and we bring freshly-prepared food to your table.

At Church Street Depot, we focus on high-quality hand-patted burgers, hand-dipped milkshakes, and hand-cut fries. With each of our three signature menu items, we strive to make them fresh, healthy, and tasty. We are a no high-fructose corn syrup restaurant. You can enjoy one of three types of beef for your burger: 100% Angus, brisket and chuck blend of locally-sourced beef from a Western North Carolina farm.
You can’t go wrong, no matter which burger you choose. Our hand-cut fries are cooked in high-quality peanut oil. The fryers are dedicated only to fries allowing those with gluten allergies to enjoy pure potato heaven with no additives to create fake crispness. Handspun shakes are made with North Carolina ice cream, whole strawberries, and our decadent house-made chocolate sauce.
